Changing apartment

Hi,
I remember there was a memo from INS/Homeland Security couple of months ago that required all non-US Citizens i.e. visa + GC holders to inform INS about their change of address. Can someone please tell me what form(s) need to be filled out and what information, if any, needs to be sent along with it and where?

Also, do I need to fill out separate set of form(s) for my spouse?

you need to file ar-11 form

for you and another one for your spouse.

Also INS

You also need to notify address change to INS Service Center if you have any applications pending with them. For INS you can fax the change in address and verify with IIO after a week or you can directly call up the IIO and change your address.

While sending AR-11 send it by certified mail and add return Receipt to it.

yes also GC are required to fill out AR-11.. i'm in the same situation but i havent been able to get a hold of a IIO.. to change my address.. what's the fax number? or what's the best time to call INS?
