Does an F1 visa holder need to change and get a new F1 vise if he/she transfers to another school?
Say his/her F1 visa is valid till 2006, but he/she transfers to another school after couple of years of study in the school whise name is on the F1 visa. I know, in the past there was no need to change a valid F1 visa for transferrin g to another school. But, did this change recently? Would it be a problem to reenter to USA if your I-20 is from another school which is not stated in your F1 visa (say your I-20 states that you transferred from that school)?
