Hi everyone. I have some questions. When i first filled out E-DV. I wrote my middle. There is X alphabet on my middle name in my native language and wrote as it is when i filled dv lottery form. But i know that X should be KH english. So in ds260 i changed it in KH. Question is it ok to change it like this?
Another question is about my spouse previous addres information. She got married to me september 2014 and has been living since. After two month thus in november she came to korea with me and lived with for two month and went back to home country again. In Ds 260 from present addres started living (what should i write there ::: time when she came frst to my house as anewly married or when she went back to my home country )

Akmal the name on the ds260 should be the same as on all your documents. Doesn't matter how you translate it.
Regarding your wife, you list every address she has lived so that includes past and present addresses.

Thanks a lot. My passport has two pages. In th the first page there is my middle name. And this page is in my native language. The second page is in english. On the second page my middle name is not provided. Actually my middle name is my father's name. There is also information about my father in DS260form. My father's name in his passport is MUKHIDIN in his second page of his passport. Bit his name is MUXIDIN in my passport. When i filled dv lottery i wrote his name MUXIDIN NOT MUKHIDIN . But now i want to write his name MUKHIDIN. IS IT OK?

No write Muxidin. The biometric page on the passport will be used. It will save you a lot of hassle. While you can easily prove both names belong to your father, visa will be printed using the name on the first page anyway so why take a risk.

Hi usamommy. To make sure again. I saw my passport my biometric page doesnt provide my father's name. If i translate my birth certificate my middle name will be MUKHIDINOVICH. What is annoying that if if i write it with KH would be problem to reject my visa?
 
About pre s address. Have you ever lived other than this address? For this question i am a bit confused. In my wife' s case she came to my house as a newly married in my home country and she lived there for two months. Then she came to south korea to live with me. She got id card from immigration office. Unfortunatly went back to joume country after two months. I entered her current adres as her present adres and also previous adres. What i mean is that A adres was entered as a present and previous addres. Because betwen theseperiod she she lived in B adres. Is this ok

So in the e-DV you entered Muxidinovich, and in your DS you entered Mukhidinovich. Since you said that both ways are normal in your country, is there any particular reason you decided to go with KH for DS purposes?
By the way, did you include you middle name in the main section or in the other names section?

Ok guys. I am really sorry to create inconviences for moderators. I thought they have also different cases. I asked some others in my country and they gave different responses. I was also so confused. I wanted to from different uzers

I included in main section. Resaon i want to write it is that there is section which asks my full name in my native alphabet.there i wrote my middle with X. I if i write it same without changing it with KH i thought that it would be asked during the interview. My wife's name is Muxayyoxon in our native alphabet and in english it is Mukhayyokhon. In her part we wrote like this. So would embassdor ask us why did not change it with kh? And there is also one thing that if translate my birth certificate my middle name will be mukhidinovich. That is why i am worried?

I am confused.
As we concluded before, you would not input English transliteration of your middle name in the main section.(cause it does not appear in your passport).
In your native alphabet you include your middle name exactly as it is in your passport.
In other names section include all the name versions and combinations that you have ever used (x, kh).
That goes for you and your wife.

Interview is in Oct-Nov. That is if they complete processing you DS-260 by the end of Aug-Sept respectively.

Yeap you are right. In that case in other name section should i write my last name and middle name and not my first name? Am i right?

Other names section:
"If you only have other surnames to enter, enter the same given names as above. If you only have other given names to enter, enter the same surname as above."
So you need to imput first, last and middle name for every version of your name, eventhough some of these three are the same as in the main section.
