I made an appointment with US Consulate in India for my fiancee.At present, I am planning to change my employer.( transfer my H1-B visa )
Since, H-4 visa is very much dependent on H1-B visa information( like WAC no, Petitioner name....),the current application which has my current employer information would that be still OK when I go for my wife's visa interview?
The appointment details contain my old Employer information.But then I would be having my new employer on my H1-B?
I dont wanna cancel the current appointment and get a new one since the waiting time is more than 3-4 months.
Can I just make a change to the current appointment with the details?
Whats is the procedure to do in such cases?
Would appreciate your help and time on this?
