changed LUD yesterday but no mail yet

i am little tensed people see change in LUD yesterday and got their emails today i dont see any email what sud i guess????????

when you say "Return mail message on 05/17/2007" , after
that any change in message?
for me, on 05/16/2007 i saw like "Postal undeliverable mail ....message" and
05/17/2007 message changed like " Document mailed for the address on file..."
After that no change and i didn't receive any document either..

Please share some info

Nope, I did not see any change in the message, I called Customer Service , talked to imm.Office , but no one tells why that message only thing they are telling sending the request to find and i should get response in next 90 days :mad:

Mine had same LUD change but no message change. After talking to Immi officer it has become clear that my file is in Background check with FBI.
I called FBI to confirm that FP is cleared ( done May 4, 2007 with Biometrics). Now that means mine has gone into name check ( viola!!!!) Now I will cruise for god knows how long before FBI processes my case... and if PD stays current I will get a chance, else back on the Retro train.

Could you please give me the FBI number.
Are you sure that your case is in name check or its an assumption?
Did the immigration officer confirm or hint at name check for you?

FBI number: 304-625-2000 ask to be transferred to Customer Service and then press #3.

they will your A# number to verify FP status.

The Immiofficer said my file is in Background check. He did not state Name check. Reading on the Government website it appears Background check includes FBI FP FBI Name Check and Border System check or something. Now i know FP is clear, the one that everyone fears is name check. So i guess its the worst.

Its nice to get a surprise:)

thanks masala-dosa, I also called FBI this morning. They do not tell anything about name check. Only USCIS can tell about it.

take it easy dosa

this name check is a fast one not like the first, so just take it easy , pile up the dosa with sambhar and enjoy, it will be sooner than later. I know somebody at FBI and will get complete details soon.
 
I wanted to revive this thread.

Anyone became current on June 1st AND had LUD change after June 1st BUT no approval?

I am one of them and would love to see how many more on the same boat.
