I have filed EB2-NIW and i-485 concurently while a postdoc. However I changed jobs (same field), got new H1-B visa and moved to a different city already. I know I have to notify INS about the change of address but should I also use the AC21?? My i-140 is not adjudecated yet just submitted the RFE 2 weeks ago. What should I do?
