I was working for company A with H1 stamping valid till Sep 2007.
Recently I joined company B and have H1 approval notice till 2010.
My family has valid H4 approval notice.
If I (& my family) travel to India and come back to US before Aug 2007, can I come back to US with old stamping (showing new H1 at port of entry). Should I carry any letter from the new employer & any other documents?
As an alternate option, can I go to any US consulate directly & get the stamping done or should I wait for appointment?
