Changed employer, got RFE!

Same Situation!!!

The rfe came to lawyer, not to me. After following up with the lawyer for a week, I realised he is going to sit on it for some time.
So fought with him and got him send the rfe documents to me.
I got the EVL from my new employer.
Sent response to rfes, EVL + 2 latest paystubs for me.
Copies of passport, I-94, I 797 etc for spouse.

I am in EXACT same situation as you are. I got an RFE after doing a service enquiry, USCIS sent it to my old address so I called them to send it to my current address ( I havnt got the RFE) but I changed the job 2 times and did AC21 only onces also my salary went all the way to 100% hike. Seems like I will get the same kind of RFE. Can you please share if you got the approval yet after replying the RFE. Did you sent the reply by yourself or the lawyer sent it for you? Did you mention the Salary information in your letter of EVL. Also did you or your lawyer justified/argued about the salary difference while replying to RFE or filing AC21?

gckajadoo, I sent the rfe response myself because the lawyer was unwilling to file the response quickly. The paralegal's words were "...we have other work to do and not just your case...". The EVL does mention my current salary which, like yours, is 100% higher than that mentioned in the labor petition and on the I 140. I have not received an approval yet, although I did get LUDs for 4 days after they recd my response(see signature). I hope and pray that we get the approvals soon, in this time period. Else in October we would be kicked back to the end of the queue.

Thanks for your response. I hope everything will turn out to be +ve for you. Just curious, when you say EVL, does this means a letter from your current employer stating your work/duties and salary mentioned in it?? Did you only responded the RFE or you did the AC21 also at this time?

Yes...you are right on the EVL (Employment Verification Letter).
Actually, I had sent my AC21 packet only a few days before I responded to the RFE.

Can you guys tell me when you sent your AC21 package, did you mention/justified/argued about the raise in salary? Because last time when my lawyer filed AC21 she mentioned and tried to justified the salary hike.

Called USCIS again to resend the RFE to my current address. The I/O told me that the request I made to resend the RFE is still in the queue and no one has physically sent it yet from USCIS. They sure sucks...she told me that I have only 80 days to reply the RFE.
