I need helpful information here.
Company A had used a substitute labour for me and filed my I-140 in sept 2003 in EB2. They did not file I-485 till date. I have moved to company B few weeks ago. Now Company A is ready to support my I-140 process and have given the documents required to file I-485.
If go ahead and apply for my I-485 - is my case valid ??
(assuming that the company A will support in case some RFE comes - though the degree to which Company A will extened itself for my case is not yet known).
Please let me know if this is a valid case? If so what are the issues that could crop up and how to handle the same.
