Change to EB2

My PD is March 2002 filed under EB3. My 485 is pending.

Meanwhile on EAD I have changed 2 employers already. I don't see EB3 moving anytime soon.

Immigration Gurus:

My question is, using my 2002 approved LC, can my current employer file my 140 and 485 again under EB2?

What would happen to my exiting pending I-485 and EAD?

If I file concurrentlly again today under EB2, should I have to use new EAD?

Is it possible in the first place?

I will answer what I know
-Even if you file EB2, you can not adjust status unless you have current PD.
-You can apply to GC to as many categories as you qualify to, with no adverse effects on each others.
-The EAD is application specific, so if you qualify, let us say for EB1, you should apply to AOS/EAD under this category and so on.
