Change to concurrent filing from Non-concurrent?

Hello,
My employer filed non-concurrent (because of stupid company policy) I-140 about 4 months.

My questions are,
- Can I still apply I148 now to change it to con-current filing? What is the procedure?

- If my employer doesn’t allow this, can I apply thru external attorney? Please remember I don’t know the receipt number of my I-140!

----- just get the I-140 filing receipt and attach it with I-485
- If my employer doesn’t allow this, can I apply thru external attorney?
----- yes you can
Please remember I don’t know the receipt number of my I-140!
----- you NEED the copy of I-140 filing reciept
