1. Currently I am in USA on H1B visa and applied for green card from my current employer (Right it is in Labor). Right now I got an offer to work in India. That company will send me overseas projects in USA on Business Visa. While my green card is in process if my visa status has been changed from H1 to B1, how it will effect to my green card process.
My green card processing company doesn’t object me even I go and work for Indian company.

2. In the above case, on getting B1 visa, is my existing H1 will be cancelled?

3. I have two H1s. Even one H1 cancelled after entering into USA, depends upon the situation, shall I shift to H1 status on other?

I really appreciate your early and valuable advice.

Thanks

Ram

conflict of immigration intent

1. I am not sure whether you will get a B1 visa stamp approval from the US consulate (i.e. if you tell the truth ). B requires pure non immigration intent.

2. Yes Consulate will generally cancel all previous visas.

3. No
