Change the employer after I-140 approval

Priority Date: June 2004 - EB3
Labor cleared in May 2005
I-140 cleared in Feb 2006
7th Year extn will be expiring in April 2007

I am having lot of trouble with my current employer and planning to go with a new employer. But, i wanted to check with someone on the following queries i have. Could someone please respond?

1. Is it possible for me to change the company with out loosing status and the priority date based on the above statistics?

2. Is it possible to file in EB2 with the new employer?

3. Do you think its risky changing the employer at this time?
