Boston DOL has asked my lawyer to change the posting done regarding the job for my RIR Labor Certification filed at the end of June '02. DOL is requesting to reduce the no. of years experience required for the job in the posting as it was posted originally.
Is this some kind of query or something? Will it effect my process time for Labor Certification? Has some heard about it?
