Change projects within the same TN for the same employer ?

All, currently I have my 3 years TN with a consulting company XYZ for a project at Seattle. We were expecting this project to be for atleast 2 years..but seems it will for 7-8 months. My Consulting company shall put me to a new project after I finish this one.

Do I need to go for a new TN visa again if I am changing to a different project for the same Consulting company or I can travel on the same TN (The back of my I94 shows Consulting company XYZ based at ABC for Seattle project).

No. You are sponsored by the consulting company, not the particular client. So, your sponsor can put you anywhere. TNs do not have a geographical requirement.
And next time, have your TN be more generic, so you won't even have to think about it.
