If I am holding a TN for an Accountant position with Company X, and then after one year I switch to a manager position within the same company, do I need to get a new TN for it or I am good with existing one till it expired?
You cannot hold a position with managerial role/duties under TN, with a selected few exceptions, so you will need a new and relevant work authorization if you take the new position.

You need a new TN or applicable work authorization if your job responsibilities/duties changes and no longer reflects what was submitted in the initial application under TN category.
If it is a managerial position, you will need H1-B. If it is not, then you probably don;t need a new TN, since your functions are the same, just a grade change. My guess is that this job it NOT TN-eligible.
