Hi - I am currently on F2 and I have applied for a change of status to F1 at Nebraska processing center. When I applied I was advised that it will take 3 months and I applied for change of status in october. But now when I check out the processing dates the processing dates for the I- 539 application (change of status to F1 visa) is stagnant at 08 august 2004 for the past 1.5 months. I am really worried as my school starts this January and I have not heard anything about the visa yet. Can somebody help me out and tell me why the dates are not changing and how long does it usually take to process this application
