Change of status online

I filed for Adjustment of status based on the child status protection act. Mine is a bit complex case. My online status has changed saying
" A decision has been mailed to you"
It does not say approval or denial. I dont know what does that mean. Did anybody else get this kind of a message? please respond

Also Does any body got an approval in Child Status protection act (Section 3 Retention of priority date) or other issues related to CSPA

I will appreciate your input

I am extremely sorry for the late reply. I had not visited the forum for a while and could not get back to you
My application for adjustment of status based on the child status protection act (Section 3 retention of priority date) was denied. I am extemely disappointed at the outcome. I dont understand why the USCIS is not following on the section of the law. My denial letter does not address the basic facts and there are many vague statements. Either they are ignorant of the law or they are incompetent. In both cases it is not an excuse to deny the application. I have submitted my motion to reconsider and lets see what happens on that.

I just want to know what other options are out there to ask the USCIS to follow the law. There have been a few approvals pertaining to this section of the CSPA recently and there has to be a uniform patter.

Kindly if you have more information about this issue please share it with me
