Change of Status -H4-H1

I did apply for H1 thru Comp B while I was on H1 for Comp A. The H1 thru Comp B got query and meanwhile Comp A is closed. So as my spouse is also working for the same company and the Current H1 spose is holding is abourt to expire, the Comp B has applied Spose's H1 and my H4.

Meanwhile my H1 got approved with Consular Processing. I went back to India and got the H1 B stamping and came back and started working.

Now the H4 is approved and which status is applicable in my case? Do I have to go Out of Country to change my status again? Is there any way I can still be in H1 status and keep on working? Plese Provide me some guidance and I really appreciate your help.

------------------if your H4 got approved AFTER your Latest entry to US then go out of US and again enter On H1. if go to Canada or Mexico when enter ask for New I-94 by paying $5 or $7.
Do I have to go Out of Country to change my status again? Is there any way I can still be in H1 status and keep on working? Plese Provide me some guidance and I really appreciate your help.
