I came to US on H4. Subsequently, I got a COS from H4 to F1 and joined started school (I did not get F1 stamped on my passport since I did not travel to India). I have completed 3 semesters there and wish to travel to India before my last semester. Is it true that there is a considerable risk of my F1 application being rejected. Is that true? What can I do to mitigate the risk? My husband is currently working in US on H1-B and we have already paid all the fees that are due. Please advise
