change of status from parole to H1B

Hello All,

Currently I am in the US on parole status working on a job using EAD.
Suppose I get a new job and my
new job files for an H1B. Then suppose my H1B is approved, will my status
be automatically changed to H1B from parole? Or will I have to leave
US, get a H1B visa stamp, and re-enter US using the H1B visa to get into the
H1B status?

I am reading the instructions for filing I-129:

I dont see where it is written that a person cannot change his status to H1B
by filing a new H1B petition while in US under the parole status.
Then how did you conclude your claim "dryheat"?
