Change of status at Texas Service Centre

I applied for Premium COS (L to H) at Texas Service Centre on Feb 3. Verified with INS that they received it. Any Ideas how much time it takes for the Receipt Notice to come and how long it takes for Approval? Any one with recent experience at Texas center....

jack01, how did you verify INS received it. I applied premium H1B 3 yr extension on Feb10, no receipt yet. My attorney said it would be less than 15 working days after the receipt date for premium cases. Thanks
