Change of status 3 times in a year

My H1b got approved from company A in Jan 2005. Before that I was on OPT. In may 2005 I applied for change of status to F1 and it got approved 10 days back. I have been going to school and maintaining my F1 status. Now I have a job offer from company B and I want to change back to H1b. Will there be any problems in changing status back to H1b since I have switched my status so many times ?

You already got your H1 approved in Jan 2005. Is it change of status from F1/OPT to H1?

My h1b got approved in Jan2005 but I applied for chane of status back to F1 in may2005. It just got approved on Oct 26. Now I am trying to change back to H1b. I am currently enrolled in the semester. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
