Change of Spouse GC application after citizenship

I had sent my wife's application for adjustment of status, EAD and
Green card (all together) when I was green card holder. (sent 4 months ago)

My citizenship oath is next week.

After becoming citizen, how do I change the status of my wife's application so that it is considered as a spouse of citizen rather than spouse of permanent
resident.


As spouse of citizen she will get the adjustment of status , EAD and
green card much earlier.

First of all you can not file Adjustment of Status and for EAD for your wife as a GC holder. As a GC holder, you can only file I130. Did you got Receipt notice or anything in reply?
 
The answer to your question is yes. (OF COURSE).

I 130 applied 4 yrs ago, approved; when the dates for spouse of permanent resident category became current for India (my country) at that point applicaiton for adjustment of status, EAD were sent.

Letter received few weeks agofrom BCIS to schedule FP & Biometrics appointment.


So, now, anyone that can provide the answer to my original question.

Where is your wife right now (here or back home)? If yes, what is your wife’s visa status?
