Change of spouse & CP
I am planning to apply I 140 with CP option, however I have typical situation here friends. Due to troubled marriage I may need to change wife’s name during CP. Is it possible? What can be done? Any suggestions?.
* Firstly have you attorney, files papers with BCIS and NVC to drop your wife 1's application for cp (if it is already filed) and secondly file DS 230 part 1 with NVC for wife 2.
