Change of Salary and Position before I-485

Hi

I have an approved I-140 from my previous Company for X Job and X Salary.

I'm planning to go back and join my ex company just for the purpose of filing I-485. They are now offering an X+ job and X+ salary, means higher position and higher salary.

My question is can I file 485 with my approved I-140 because I almost be doing th same kind of job although my designation says something different.

If the + means that you are now a Sr something then you are fine.

You are not suppose to change job title, it's safer to have X job and X+ salary

Strongly agree with tyzh. Try not to touch your X job.

Try to use your good relations with your company. These " clerical " things can be taken care of by you.
