change of name issue

I changed my name on my passport (in usa), however, I have approved H1B and I94 based on the old passport which carry the old name.
Would I face problems in getting a new visa, or what are my options -any advice.
Can some other company apply for H1 transfer using the new passport?

----it means your SSN, DL will be with the old name

---you should have asked this before changing name on passport, keep both the passport stampled and tak to your lawyer

-they can but may have to provide evidence of name change. talk to your lawyer for more info

yea, well my employers screwed up, they had the new passport in time but still filed with the old passport, and i didn't know it until i recd 797.
