Change OF Job -

1. My Client is asking me to become an Employee (and move to another state (Moving from NJ to somewhere in West Coast)

2. My Job Title will most probably be the same but the programming languages on which I got my Labour Certification will change ...

Will my case to tranferred out of VSC...???
Will my labour cert still be valid....?????

Any Suggestions at this point...?

When can I expect an interview and passport stamping? Is uit safe to change jobs now?
