Change of Job without Dependent AOS approval !!

Hi everyone ..

I got my GC approval in August 2002 but still waiting on my dependent GC approval which was filed together with California Service center in August 2001.
Can i change my employer before my depenedent gets her approval ?? If i do so what would be the consequences and how her AOS approval process be affected ??

No your changing employers will not affect spouse's GC process.
