Change of job with EAD

To make this story short, my green case is stuck cause I am EB3, then we had to apply through my husband via EB2, and now we both have the EAD through his case.

He received the EAD on February 5 2007 and he received an offer from another employer to work on something similar.

Can he switch jobs while with EAD?

Biometrics were taken March 1, 2007.

Yes, you can switch jobs with EAD. It becomes a lot easier to change jobs with EAD since your new employer doesn't have to file for a H1. You will just have to file for AC21. To qualify for AC21, you can switch jobs 180 days after your 140 approval.
