Hi all, Please bear with me for the long question. I have been with this same employer for last about 4 years (recently extended my H1 for another 3 year). Now I am going to accept another position with this same employer.
1. Now, while filling out the I-129 petition, in Part 2, Number 2, which box should I check:
2(c) Change in previpously approved employment, or
2(f) Amended petition?
2. Also, in Part 2. Number 5: Requested Action, should I check 5(d): Amend the stay of person?
3. And for Filing Fee exemption supplement Part B, should I check 5: Is this amended petition that does not contain any request for extension.....so that I donot have to pay the $1500.00 fee??
4. Do I also have to get the LCA approved before filing?
