Change of job after Plastic card

Hi everyone,
I received my I485 approval in January 04 and did the stamping in the same month. I got my plastic card this month. How long do I need to stay with the same employer and if so from which date do I need to stay either from the approval date or passport stamped date.

If you are planning to apply for Citizenship in the future, you have to show Intention of Good Faith by working for the sponsoring company between 6 months to a year.
If you have no plan of applying for Citizenship, its ok to join another employer.
