Change of interview place (KCC response)

Hello guys!!
I just called the KCC to check if they received my first response and made the changes for my place of interview.

They told me my packet has been received and the files will be processed. (ouf!!!!!)
Concerning the changes to my place of interview, they told me that the email I sent to them about the matter will be added to my file, and everything will be processed at a later stage, and I should call again later on to check that the change has been made.
They couldn't tell me when to call again, they just said "later on".

should I call before my number is current on the visa bulletin website or after it is current!?????.

Do you think it is safe for me now to live the UK, because I will not be able to come back as I finished my studies and they will not give me a visa just for an interview at the US ambassy?

I would call them again in maybe two months. By this time they should have processed your case but the scheduling of the interviews hasn't started. If you call them when your number is current, your interview might already be scheduled and in case they didn't change the interview place yet, they will not be able to do that at that point. But most likely you won't experience any problems and it shouldn't be a problem if you leave UK now.

If your student visa is about to expire, you can extend it from the home office, otherwise you can go to your home country and make sure ur mailing addrss in correct!
