Change of Employer

Hi,

I got an offer from another company and I have a plan to go to borders to change my TN. However, I would like to get your feedback on the following.
1. My employer applied for H1B but did not successful. CBP would care about this. I am sure they don't but wanted to have your feedback.
2. My company started GC however only Prevailing wage certification (PWC) done. That's' all no PERM application at all. I beleive PWC done based on the job not with canddiate name right? I am sure I did not show any immigration intent here. Please provide your feeback.

2. Whatever they did or did not do, you have no immig intent issues here.

Hello Rocky! Did you have any problem changing the employer at the border? What border did you go to? Is there an issue going out of USA and trying to get back in with your old employer on the TN Visa and the new one on the I-94 form? Can you let me know if you've been in this situation please. Thanks in advance

I did change without an issue.
I went to Laredo TX
