I just got my H1B (I-797) approved but it is scheduled to start by the end of April 06. My present employer is demanding a bond for one year, which I do not want to sign.
I want to know how soon can I change my employer and still use my present H1B (I-797). I do have paystubs that have been run on my OPT status.
My OPT is valid only till July 2006 so is there any way of applying for cap-exempt H1 again and getting it before my OPT ends / October 2006?
