Change of Employer after I140 Approval and after applied 485 (Not concurrent filing)

Hi, I want to know when can i change my employer. I got I140 approval on November 15 2004 from Texas, and applied 485 on December 14 2004 from Vermont. When can i change my employer ?
What are the things i got to take care of with old employer ?
What are the things i got to take care of with new employer ?
What about attorney ?
What about AC21 ?

Please help me out by giving me full details

for using AC-21, 140 must be approved and it must be > 180 days from RD of 485.

It seems like you need to file concurrently to qualiy. Check this issue out.

Totally confused with that pdf

My issue is i got I140 approval from Texas. Applied I485 in vermont. Can i still file for AC21.

It seems like you need to file concurrently to qualiy. Check this issue out.

AC21 predates concurrent filing. All that memo does is clarify AC21 procedures in concurrent cases.
