Change of employer affect H1 & H4?

I have H1 stamped and H4 stamped for my wife and kids from my ex employer (A) valid upto Apr. 2007. Now I have changed job to employer (B), I got H1 transfer (I797) approved. My wife and kids wants to come to US now, do they need to get H4 stamped again because their H4 was based on my earlier employment (H1) record. Similarly if I travel to India do I need to get H1 stamped again while entering US.

I am getting lot of conflicting messages on this hence would appreciate input on this. Also I don't want to land up in a situation that my wife & kids get refused entry into US. Would appreciate valuable input on this with reference to some authentic info. or practical case.

--- They do NOT new h4 visa stamp they CAN enter with Valid Visa stamp it does NOT matter is through employer A . best option send your H1 approval notice and your wife need to show passport Visa stamp AND your H1 transfer approval notice at POE and she will get I-94 till your H1 transfer approval notice
Similarly if I travel to India do I need to get H1 stamped again while entering US.
---- if you have valid H1 visa stamp through A you dont need new Visa stamp, just show the Valid Visa stamp AND your new H1 approval notice at POE and you will get I-94 till your H1 approval notice, check your I-94 date at POE and if any mistake point out to officer or ask for supervisor

Your wife & kids no need to get H4 stamped again. When they are coming to US they have to carry your new approved petition from Employer(B).

No need to get H1 Stamped again while entering US as long as your visa is valid.
