180 days is over since I applied 485. Recenlty I got a RFE on 485 and my employer replied to it.My 2nd EAD and AP is under porocess. Can I change my employer now? Can he revoke my 140?

You can change the employer any time now.
I-485 RFE response is your responsibility not your employers.

Can change employer if you have your 140 approved

You should be able to change your employer if you have your 140 approved and 180 days have passed since your 485 filing date.

He can not revoke the I-140 now, If he trys to do that you will get the letter and than you can provide the Proof of new employment.

Your old employer can revoke the approved 140. However, if it happens 180 days after your 485 pending you don't have problem to invoke AC21.

Some people will get RFE if the previous employer revoke 140. That's more like a procedure from USCIS.
