Change of emp using EAD and still keeping H-1

hello Friends,

I work for company A. got my ead and h-1 6 year will be finished in april.
But I also have three year h-1 extension.

If I change employer (company B)on EAD and then apply h-1 through company B
is it possible.

I have issues with pay stub.
