change of company /is there any change in H1-b

all ,
i am working for a company "X", on H1-B visa,
now company X is purchased by company "Y",
what are the changes required for my h1-b , and what is the procedure, can i any help me in this regard,,,

" as of now , i know that i need to send a letter to INS /BCIS STATING THAT my h1b company name is changed"

is this enough...
i appreciate your help

If this is an acquisition and the job description is the same, you dont even need that letter. H1 amendment is generally not required for an acquisition or merger.
