Change of Address

Hi,

Have a few questions rgd the change of address (AR-11 form, in particular). Any help will be much appreciated.

As far as my case details are concerned, like most of you - working on EAD, waiting for my 485 approval ...

- Do I have to mail seperate AR-11 forms for me and my wife?
- In the question, 'I AM IN THE UNITED STATES AS' .. should I select the 'Other' checkbox and specify 'AOS'? If not 'AOS' what else should I 'specify'?
- Do I have to leave the 'NUMBER FROM THE ALIEN CARD' blank or do I have to fill in something from my AOS/EAD application?
- What date should I put in - 'IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE US EXPIRES ON'?

Thanks,
-rk

Why? Are you sure they have to be mailed separately? I don't remember seeing this requirement before, and doesn't make sense either.

My 2 cents.

There have to be TWO seperate forms but not necessarily mailed seperately. I sent our forms together last year and am going to send one set again soon as I am moving from my current address.

Ooops! I think I misinterpreted the question. Yes, one needs a separate AR-11 form per family member, but the forms can be mailed in the same envelope as far as I can see.

My 2 cents.
