change of address

Hi guys,
does somebody knows how am I suppose to notify INS about changing my address?
I applied for asylum in November and I've got a receipt with date November 18.
Actually my question is do I have to send AR-11 form or just a letter notifying about my moving?

Check INS website. Everything you need to know in this regard is in there. Do both AR-11 and notify the INS office where you filed.
