I will be moving from NY to CT mid of this week. Can I file AR-11 online today? Or shall I wait till I move to CT and then file it. I already changed my postal address over the weekend. And also if I file online can I take any print out to keep as a proof that I applied change of address online?

Change it now, and yes print the receipt out that you did! It gives you a confirmation number..
