Change of Address

Change of Address Hi everyone. I need your help please. I'm in the process of changing my address and I am wondering which form I should fill because there seems to be one that says if you are subject to special registration, you should fill Form AR-11 special Registration. And there is also a plain AR-11 form. Which one should I fill? What does special registration mean?

If I remember correctly, I filled out the regular AR-11 form. You also need to call the 1800 number so they can change it in the file.
