Hello, I just moved from one state to other. I have received my GC back in Feb. Do I have to only fill out AR11 form or also i have to Call the Nebraska center for Change of address.

Choose one. I recommend you to send AR11 form.

All you need to do is to file the AR 11.

Do both

I'd recommend you do both. First call them and change it over the phone. Once you are done, they'll tell you that they are going to mail you that you called and they will send you AR-11 which you should fill out and send to their Kentucky address.

If you have pending case, such as applying for the green card, travel documents, etc., you should do both. If no pending case, filling the AR11 form is enough.
