Hi LucyMO,

I would like to find out if any change of address is likely to affect the posting of GC, the address I used for my forms is going to chnage within some months and I was told in my letter to file for SSN, will this affect me at the port of entry? I will have the new address by the time I'm to travel. Can I used the new address since this is where I will be staying, (I'm still going to stay with the same person, is just that they moved to a bigger house). :confused:

Yes, you should use the new address. You should also give the new address to the officer at the point of entry for mailing your GC.
