Change of address

Hello gurus

Here is my situation

My wife is on H1B from the 1st of October and is living in Dallas, TX. I am
here in dayton, OH. She was with me until the 1st of october. My wife's
name is there in the Dayton, OH lease along with me and also in the
dallas, TX apt lease. She would be visiting me twice a month on the wknds.

My question is do I really need to fill the AR-11 form for her. this case can be
treated as an IT consultant who visits his client site(in this case dallas, TX) in a different city
during the week days and flies down to his home base(dayton, OH) which is in a different
city.

PS : My wife's I485 has been filed as a dependent with me and we have listed
her Dayton, OH address for the I485 and her status as H4 as at that time
when the I485 was filed she was on H4

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

If the sponsering company is in TX and she is living in TX , advisable to change the address.My question is do I really need to fill the AR-11 form for her. this case can be
