I was doing change of address on phone with customer server of CIS.

and in middle of conversation my phone connction got disconnected.

I am going to call them again. but do you know what will happen now.
 
After I changed my address on phone I received a letter from CIS indicating the change and an AR11 form to fill out. If you do not get this confirmation in 2 weeks may be you need to call them again for address change. Filing AR11 is independent of this process anyway.

on which address they will send confirmation letter, new or old ?
