Change of address

I recently applied for I-485. I may need to move from the current location. Are there any issues if I move from present address. I hear from other ppl that it is mess even if I change the address at INS office. Please guide me

File the FORM AR11
Also update NCSC on 180-375-5283 providing your I-485 receipt # and A#
Also update the service center attach the I-485 filing copy and write your past and new address, date of birth, name new address and out side the envelope write: Kind Attention, Address Change and mail it with certified return receipt. Go to USCIS main site and read HOW TO you will find how to inform then about address change

I have same experience, I moved my apt last month I submit
AR-11 form but when I call USCIS after 1 month they still have old address so I told my new address on phone and they update on all my applications pending i.e. I485/765/131

so even you submit AR-11 I recommand you to call USCIS to update your address that way it will reflect new address Immediately.
