Thank you Click to expand... 1) Yes, you have to inform USCIS of address change (even if it is two blocks difference). 2) It can be done on-line / off-line. 3) Use AR-11 (if you want to do it via mail) or the following link (if you want to do it on-line): Link to on-line address change (replacement for AR-11 form) FYI: COA On-line filing is very recent thing (couple of weeks or so).
